  1. We certainly are what we eat. I think there are healthy options no matter what dietary lifestyle you choose to live. Poor eating habits, lead to poor health. Healthy eating habits and lifestyle lead to good health. Those veggies look delicious!

  3. Shonda/Ladies:

    New Recipe found in this month's Essence
    Curry Quinoa
    1 cup quinoa, rinsed
    2 cups water
    1 teaspoon Bragg Liquid Amino or soy sauce
    1 Teaspoon EVOO
    1 teaspoon curry powder

    Place the quinoa and water in a saucepan, bring to boil, reduce heat and cook for 20mins.

    Per serving: 169 calories, 4g fat, 6g protein, 0 cholesterol, 28g carbohy
